We stand behind every product we sell. Glow and Glow Cleanse are formulated with 100% organic, therapeutic-grade ingredients and rigorously quality-checked before leaving our facility. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right.
Note: Because Glow is a grooming product applied to animals and humans, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used product for resale. Please review the eligibility criteria below before initiating a return.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unopened and in its original, like-new condition.
• Original packaging must be intact and included.
• The return must be initiated within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted or refunded.
To initiate a return, email us at Support@glowequestrian.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not ship anything back without receiving authorization from us first — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Processing time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days and notify you by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We believe in Glow so completely that we back it with a full satisfaction guarantee. If you've completed a consistent 8-week protocol and are not satisfied with your results, contact us and we will refund your purchase — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to:
• Customers who have used the product consistently as directed for a minimum of 8 weeks.
• First-time purchases only (one claim per household).
• Requests submitted within 90 days of original purchase date.
To submit a satisfaction guarantee claim, email Support@glowequestrian.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. We may ask for photos to help us improve our formulation, but these are not required to receive your refund.
Why 8 weeks? Hair growth and repair cycles require consistent, uninterrupted use over time. The 8-week protocol is the minimum for dramatic transformation. We ask that you give the product a fair chance before requesting a refund under this guarantee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please take the following steps immediately upon delivery:
1. Note the damage with the delivery carrier at the time of delivery if possible.
2. Take clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging.
3. Email us at Support@glowequestrian.com on the same day with your order number, photos, and a brief description.
For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping costs and work quickly to send you the correct replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Please retain all original packaging until the matter is resolved, as it may be required for carrier claims.
Free + Shipping Promotional Orders
Orders fulfilled under our free bottle promotion (where you pay only shipping and handling) are subject to the following terms:
• The product itself is provided at no charge; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
• The 100% satisfaction guarantee applies to free promotional orders — if you complete the 8-week protocol and are not satisfied, we will refund your shipping cost.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? Contact us as quickly as possible by phone or email to request a cancellation.
• Orders canceled before shipment: Full refund issued promptly.
• Orders canceled after shipment: The order must be returned under our 30-Day Return Policy. Return shipping costs will apply and the item must be unopened.
Because we process and ship orders quickly, cancellation windows are short. Contact us at Support@glowequestrian.com or (888) 546-6650 immediately if you need to cancel.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
• Opened or used product (due to the personal care and animal grooming nature of the product).
• Products purchased for temporary or one-time use (e.g. trade shows, promotional events, short-term demonstrations). Glow Equestrian sells exclusively to customers who intend to use products for their full, intended lifespan.
• Items marked as final sale on the product page at the time of purchase.
• Digital products, guides, or downloadable content.
Exception: If a specific product has a different return policy, it will be clearly stated on its product page at the time of purchase.
Subscription Orders
If you are enrolled in our Subscribe & Save program, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date with no penalty. To cancel or modify a subscription, log into your account at glowequestrian.com or email Support@glowequestrian.com.
• Subscription orders that have already shipped are subject to our standard 30-Day Return Policy.
• Subscription cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
