Free Shipping on Orders Over $49

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 within the contiguous United States. No hidden fees. No fine print. Just straightforward, reliable delivery — because we believe getting your horse's grooming essentials should be simple.

Orders under $49 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

 

Free + Shipping Promotional Orders: If you received a free bottle promotion, your shipping and handling fee covers the cost of fulfillment and delivery. This fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

The following options are available for domestic orders within the contiguous United States:

 

       Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) — Free on orders over $49; flat rate on orders under $49.

       Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) — Available at checkout; calculated based on order weight and destination.

       Priority Overnight — Available for select destinations; calculated at checkout.

 

Please note: Delivery estimates reflect transit time after shipment, not total time from order placement. Processing time is separate and typically 1-3 business days. See Order Processing below.

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms your order is in our system and your payment method has been pre-authorized.

We will then verify that your item is in stock and available for shipment:

 

       If your item is in stock and ready to ship within 5 business days, we will process your payment and begin preparing your order.

       If your item is back-ordered or temporarily unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you to discuss options, including waiting for restock, substituting an alternative, or canceling your order for a full refund.

 

Tip: Add Support@glowequestrian.com to your contacts to ensure order confirmations and shipping updates don't end up in your spam folder.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days of purchase.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received a shipping update within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at Support@glowequestrian.com or (855) 799-GLOW (4569) and we will look into it promptly.

 

Peak periods: During promotional launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend by 1-2 additional business days. We will communicate any delays proactively.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website, or by logging into your account at glowequestrian.com.

 

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

 

1.     Check around your delivery location, including with neighbors or building management.

2.     Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before the final drop-off.

3.     Contact your local carrier location with your tracking number.

4.     If still unresolved, email us at Support@glowequestrian.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement.

Domestic Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional shipping charges and extended delivery times. Free shipping on orders over $49 applies to the contiguous 48 states only. Alaska and Hawaii orders will receive a shipping rate calculated at checkout.

 

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for certain carrier services. If you experience issues with P.O. box delivery at checkout, please use a physical street address.

International Orders

We ship internationally by request. International shipping is not available through the standard checkout flow — please contact us directly for a custom quote.

To request international shipping:

 

5.     Email us at Support@glowequestrian.com with your shipping address and the items you would like to order.

6.     We will provide a shipping quote within 1-2 business days.

7.     If you are happy with the quote, we will securely process your order and arrange shipment.

 

Important: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping quote and are collected by your local customs authority at the time of delivery. Glow Equestrian has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

 

International orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions. Estimated international transit times vary by destination and are provided at the time of quoting.

Shipping Damage

We package every order carefully, but damage during transit can occasionally occur. Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If you notice damage at the time of delivery:

       Note the damage with the delivery carrier before signing, or decline delivery if damage is severe.

       Retain all original packaging — it may be required for a carrier claim.

If you discover damage after opening:

8.     Photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately.

9.     Email Support@glowequestrian.com the same day with your order number and photos.

10.  Do not discard the packaging until we have resolved the claim.

We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged items and either replace the product or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for carrier reimbursement, so please contact us promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Glow Equestrian is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan. However, we understand this is frustrating and will do our best to help.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please follow the tracking steps above and contact us. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier's investigation process, which typically takes 5-10 business days.

We strongly recommend adding a signature requirement or selecting shipping protection at checkout if you have concerns about package security at your delivery address.
